Jennifer Parr, M.B.A., is the Co-Founder of Leadership That Matters (www.leadershipthatmatters.com). An executive and life coach and strategic facilitator, Jennifer has over 20 years of experience working in the areas of personal transformation, change leadership, business strategy and organizational effectiveness. Jennifer’s eclectic background and experience spans the private, public and not for profit sectors. Jennifer spent nine years as Vice President of Human Resources and Public Affairs and the Director of Organizational Effectiveness at Enbridge Consumers Gas and 12 months at the Toronto Star as an Interim VP of Human Resources during a period of significant transition. Jennifer’s experience includes four years as a consultant with the Boston Consulting Group. She was Legislative Assistant to a Member of Parliament, Executive Assistant to the Chairperson of a Parliamentary Task Force and Executive Assistant to the Minister of Indian and Northern Affairs. Jennifer holds a Master of Business Admin. (M.B.A.) and Bachelor Degrees in Social Work (B.S.W.) and Political Science (B.A.). She is a member of the International Coaching Federation, and a certified Co-Active Coach through the Coaches Training Institute in California. Jennifer served five years as a member of the Board of NextLEVEL Leadership, a not-for-profit organization committed to emerging women leaders. She travelled to Lesotho three times doing leadership and capacity development, visiting her sponsored orphan, Thato and attending the grand opening of the Seotlong Centre in Hlotse, Leribe. Jennifer is a charter member of the Help Lesotho Board of Directors.
