Ponya Ramollo
Leadership Program Manager

Ntate Ponya Ramollo joined Help Lesotho in Dec. 09 as Leadership Program Manager to manage both Help Lesotho centres (Pitseng and Hlotse) and associated program staff. Ntate Ponya has two bachelor’s degrees and a twenty year career which includes ten years as high school teacher, youth in academic and extra-curricular activities, Counselor and Health and Community Development Officer in the Ministry of Health and Social Welfare in community and youth intervention strategies and interaction in problem solving for better health. Most recently Ponya coordinated programs in the counseling department to ensure good service delivery in collaboration with the Canadian OHAfrica. Ntate is excited to help develop and manage the key programming streams of HIV/AIDS, gender equity and leadership to reach thousands of those serviced through Help Lesotho.
